\nFrom deep house to techno, but always with feeling. Just Her’s trademark melodies and
\nvocals have secured her releases with world class labels such as Get Physical, Anjunadeep
\nand Global Underground, achieving a wealth of Beatport chart positions, an Essential New
\nTune on Radio 1, and gigs all over the world.
\nThe music bug has always been there – from a childhood hi-fi addict, crafting homemade
\nDJ mix tapes in her bedroom and playing any instrument within reach, to studying
\nCreative Music Production and Lecturing in Music Technology, before taking the leap into
\nfull time production and DJing. First as the driving force behind the duo Him_Self_Her,
\nand then as a solo artist, Just Her has grown and evolved to become a major player in the
\nElectronic Music scene.
\nHer debut solo EP ‘Flatline’ on Suara made waves across the underground, gaining plays
\nfrom an array of industry greats, from Maya Jane Coles at DC10 Ibiza, to Agoria at
\nTreehouse in Miami. Emotion filled hooks, heavy grooves and an eclectic production style
\nare the hallmarks of her sound, and with a penchant for songwriting, her dance floor hit
\n“Follow You Down” featuring her own vocals, quickly became one of the biggest selling
\nreleases of 2017 on Global Underground. More recently, an original EP on Spanish label
\nSincopat demonstrated the maturity and versatility in her productions, incorporating
\nelements of house, deep house and techno, riding high in the Beatport charts and gaining
\nsupport & plays from the likes of Sasha and Joyce Muniz. This was followed by her debut
\non the mighty Get Physical, with “Tabula Rasa” being one of the most highly received
\ntracks on their latest Body Language album.
