“The Doctor DJ” Miyuki left her career in science to embrace her lifelong passion for music. Now an emerging EDM producer and DJ based in Chicago, USA, Miyuki embodies the spirit of breaking free from cultural expectations to relentlessly pursue one's dreams.
Starting with humble beginnings DJing on Twitch, Miyuki quickly ascended to the top 0.1% of creators on the livestreaming platform. Her DJ sets, a dynamic blend of trance, techno, and harder styles, are at once vivacious, evocative, and unrelenting. This unique energy, combined with her inspiring story, draws a loyal worldwide fanbase, with many traveling to attend her live shows and festival appearances.
As a producer and songwriter, Miyuki connects with listeners on a deeply personal level through her vulnerability and candor. Her releases on Dreamstate Records and Black Hole Recordings showcase her self-expression and technical prowess, earning support from industry giants like Armin van Buuren, Andrew Rayel, and Aly & Fila. In 2023, her track “Love Again Like That” was voted as the top #30 track on A State of Trance and featured in Armin van Buuren's prestigious ASOT 2023 year mix.
